Five Tuesday evenings, live online. An hour and a half a night, homework in between, a small group.
You build the same system as the workshop, one piece at a time, and you use each piece on your real business before the next one arrives.

Why five weeks
Same build. Same skills. Same price. The only thing that changes is how you take it.
Some people want it compressed, two mornings and it's built, done inside a week. That's the workshop.
Some people can't clear two mornings back to back, or would rather have a week between each piece to let it land properly. That's this.
There's one real difference in the experience, and it's the week in between. You build a piece, you go and use it on your own business, and you come back with the bits that broke. We fix them in the room, with everyone watching, which is usually where the good questions come from.
What changes over five weeks

You use it before you forget it.
Every evening ends with something to go and do. By the last one the system has been through your actual business, week after week, not zero times.

It sounds like you, and you've proved it.
Week three builds the Brand Blueprint. The weeks after are you catching it in the wild, spotting where it slips, and fixing it.

You finish.
A small group, a register, and a room that notices when you're not in it. That's the whole reason this works and the self-paced course you bought didn't.

You leave with a routine, not a pile of files.
The last evening builds a weekly marketing rhythm that fits around a school run and a full inbox. Small, repeatable, and yours.

You can bring the mess.
Five weeks means the awkward stuff has time to surface. The thing you couldn't articulate on night one usually turns up later, and there's room to deal with it.

Five Tuesday evenings, an hour and a half each, with homework in between so every piece lands before the next one arrives.

the toolkit
Skills and the three ways to build one, Cowork and when it's worth it, Connectors, and a look at ChatGPT.
Homework: finish your brief, and gather your files.
WEEK 3
build your brand
Install and run the brand builder together. It builds your Brand Blueprint and your Marketing Team, in your voice.
Homework: use them on real work, and note where they slip.
WEEK 4
your team, and images
Put the Marketing Team to work, then your Art Director for images that hold your look.
Homework: a week of content, and one full on-brand post.
WEEK 5
the rest, and your own skill
The two planning builders, the skill you build around your biggest time-drain, and a weekly routine to keep it all going.
Homework: run it for real.
Live, togetherThe room
A small group. Small enough that everyone's screen gets looked at, every week, by name. Big enough that you're not sitting there alone with the pressure.
Small business owners doing most of it themselves. You'll know what everyone else is building by week two, which is roughly when people start solving each other's problems before I can.
Live on Google Meet, recorded, replays don't expire. Cape Town, Joburg, Durban, anywhere.
Between the sessions
A group chat that's open all week, for the moment it breaks at 9pm on a Thursday.
Homework that takes about an hour and is always your own work, never an exercise.
One thing to bring back each week: what worked, and where it went wrong. The second one is usually more useful.

What if I miss a week?
Every session is recorded and the replays don't expire. Watch it, do the homework, bring your questions to the next one. Miss two and you'll feel it, so tell me early and we'll work it out.
Is it online or in person?
Online, on Google Meet. Five Tuesdays across town is the thing that stops people finishing, and online means Joburg and Durban can come.
How much time does it take outside the sessions?
About an hour a week, and it's work you were going to do anyway. The homework is your own captions, your own emails, your own posts, just made with the thing you built.
What does it cost?
R2,000 per person. The in-person workshop is the same build at the same price.
Can I do both?
You don't need to. If you've done the workshop and want to come back through the five weeks, say so on the form and I'll sort something out.
