Thein-personworkshop

Two half-day mornings, in person, in Cape Town. You arrive with a business and a laptop. You leave at 1.30pm on the second morning with a working system that writes in your voice.

  • It's one workshop across two mornings, and you attend both.
  • Limited to 10 seats.
  • Coffee and snacks each morning.

What changes by the end of morning two

Six, and each one is true by the time you leave and wasn't at 9am on the first morning.

  1. 01

    You stop starting from scratch.

Every AI request used to begin with you explaining your business again. By the end it already knows, because you'll have built the file it reads from.

  2. 02

    It sounds like you.

Your voice, your words, your don't-do-this list. The output stops reading like everyone else's and starts reading like something you'd actually post.

  3. 03

You'll have made real things, not practice things.

The caption you write is for your business, going out this week. Nothing here is a worked example about a fictional coffee shop.

  4. 04

Your half-finished ideas get a home.

Right now they're in your notes app, a voice memo and three saved Reels. By the end there's a team that turns them into posts.

  5. 05

You can drive it, not just own it.

Anyone can hand you files. The whole workshop is built around you doing it yourself, with someone next to you when it goes sideways.

  6. 06

You'll have met a room of people in the same boat.

Cape Town small business owners, same stage, same stuck. That's a WhatsApp group that outlives the room.

What happens across the two mornings

01

Morning one
get fluent

The first morning is about getting the tools to make sense, with real examples the whole way through. What a system is, next to a chat. MD files, and why they beat Word. Artifacts. Skills, and the three ways to build one. Cowork, and when it's worth it over a project chat. Connectors, and what they're for. You'll see the same things in ChatGPT too, so you know exactly where you already are. By the end you'll know what you're building tomorrow, and why.

You leave the first morning with: the lay of the land, and your brief to complete.

02

Between the mornings
the prep

Fill your brief in full, and bring your files. Your colours, fonts and logos. A template or two you reuse. Real examples of your work, and real writing samples. This is what your whole brand voice gets built from, so it's the part that matters most.

03

Morning two
build it

The second morning is all building, everyone at the same pace. You install the brand builder, answer its questions, and it builds your Brand Blueprint and your Marketing Team together, in your voice. Then you use them, on your own business, in the room. A look at image generation and your Art Director. And a walk through the two planning builders you take home, plus the prompt for a skill built around your own biggest time-drain.

You leave with: your brand running in your own account, and a routine to keep it going.

Live, together

The room

Limited seats. Small enough that I get to your screen when something breaks, big enough that you're not sitting there alone with the pressure.

Small business owners doing most of it themselves. Product brands, practices, cafés, consultancies, studios. Different trades, same thread: you care how your business looks, and you've run out of hours to make it look that way.

Before morning two

About 45 minutes, ready for morning two.

It's a brief about your business, and a handful of things you've already written. A caption, a client email, a WhatsApp message. Real ones, not polished ones.

Those samples are what your voice gets built from, so they carry more weight than anything else on the list. Have them ready for morning two so you can spend the session building.

Limited seats.

Workshop FAQ

Do I need to come to both mornings?

Yes. It's one workshop split across two mornings, and the second builds on the first. Book only if both work for you.

Is food included?

Coffee and snacks each morning. We finish at 1.30, so there's no lunch to sort out.

Where is it?

Venue TBC, Cape Town. It'll be a coworking space either in town or in Claremont.

What does it cost?

R2,000 per person. The five-week online course is the same build at the same price.

What if I have to cancel?

Full refund up to 14 days before. After that you can send someone in your place. Nothing inside 7 days, because the room is already booked.

Are the mornings recorded?

No. It's a room, and it works because everyone is in it. The five-week course is recorded if that matters to you.
